When you sign in to HotMuses using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In:

• Anonymous ID Token: We receive an anonymous identity token from Apple or Google solely for authentication purposes
• Anonymous User Identifier: A unique, non-identifiable identifier is created to manage your account session
• No Personal Data: We explicitly do NOT collect, request, or store your email address, name, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information from Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In

2. Non-Identifiable User Preferences and Settings

All data collected is anonymous and cannot be linked to your personal identity:

• Content Categories: We store your selected content category preferences (anonymous) to personalize your experience
• Content Ratings: We collect anonymous ratings (like/dislike) on content pages to improve recommendations
• Language Preference: We store your preferred language setting for content delivery
• Timezone Information: We collect your device timezone (not linked to any PII) to send notifications at appropriate times

3. Non-Identifiable Device and Usage Information

• Push Notification Token: We collect an anonymous push notification token to send you content updates (this token is not linked to any personal information)
• Device Type: We collect basic, non-identifiable device information (iOS/Android) for app functionality
• Content Interactions: We track anonymous content interactions (swipe left/right/up, views) to improve recommendations

How We Use Your Information

All information we collect is anonymous and non-identifiable. We use this anonymous data for the following purposes:

1. Service Delivery

• Authenticate and authorize anonymous access to the App
• Deliver personalized content recommendations based on anonymous preferences and ratings
• Display content in your preferred language
• Maintain anonymous app settings and preferences

2. Notifications

• Ad serving is managed by Google and subject to Google's privacy policies
• We do not have any personal information to share with advertisers - all user data is anonymous

Data Storage and Security

All stored data is anonymous and non-identifiable:

1. Local Storage (On Your Device)

• Anonymous Authentication Tokens: Stored securely using your device's secure storage
• Anonymous User Preferences: Stored locally on your device
• Theme Settings: Stored locally on your device

2. Server Storage (Anonymous Data Only)

• Anonymous User Account Identifiers: Anonymous unique identifiers stored securely in our database
• Anonymous User Preferences: Category preferences and settings (not linked to any personal information)
• Anonymous Content Ratings: Like/dislike data used to power our recommendation engine (completely anonymous)
• Anonymous Notification Tokens: Device tokens for push notifications (not linked to any personal information)

3. Business Transfers

If HotMuses is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, only anonymous user data (preferences, ratings, settings) may be transferred as part of that transaction. No personally identifiable information would be transferred because we do not collect it.

Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services. Important: We do not share any personally identifiable information with these services because we do not collect any PII.

1. Apple Sign-In & Google Sign-In

• Used for anonymous authentication only
• We request NO personal scopes (no email, no name)
• Apple Sign-In is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
• Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Privacy Policy

2. Google Mobile Ads

• Used for displaying non-personalized advertisements only
• We have configured our app to request non-personalized ads from Google
• Non-personalized ads are based on contextual information (app content, language, general location) rather than user behavior or personal data
• Google may collect limited technical data per their policies for ad delivery
• Subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• You can further control ad preferences through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads)

3. Push Notification Service

• Used for push notification delivery
• Only receives anonymous device tokens (no personal information)

4. Content Delivery Network

• Used for content delivery
• No personal data is shared

Your Rights and Choices

Since we do not collect any personally identifiable information, traditional data subject rights around personal data do not apply. However, you still have the following controls:

1. Anonymous Preferences

• You can update your content category preferences within the App at any time
• Your anonymous content ratings are used to personalize your experience
• All data is stored anonymously and cannot be linked to you personally

2. Push Notifications

• You can disable push notifications through your device settings
• You can revoke notification permissions at any time
• Notification tokens are anonymous and will be removed when you uninstall the app

3. Account and Data Deletion

• You can delete your account through the settings menu in the app - this will immediately remove all your anonymous data from our servers

Children's Privacy

HotMuses does not collect any personally identifiable information from any users, including children. Since our app operates entirely on anonymous data, there is no personal information collected from children or adults. The app may be used by individuals of various ages, but no personal data is collected from any user regardless of age.

International Data Transfers

Anonymous user data (preferences, ratings, settings) may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.

Important: Since we do not collect any personally identifiable information, international data transfer regulations concerning personal data do not apply to HotMuses. All transferred data is completely anonymous and cannot be used to identify any individual.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of anonymous data to our facilities and service providers as described in this policy.
